AK throughout Poland; the Warsaw insurgents were only a part.
Some leaders of the revolt felt "cheated" on the armaments; Bor
had sent much to outlying groups." There were home underground
workshops making weapons. Monter said "Kill Germans and use their
weapons."
p.s. While there was wide spread celebration on the first few days
among the populace, the non appearance of the Russians and increasing
German counterattacks and shelling gradually wore down the ardor. By
the sixth day, stuka bombing started. >>
