Is your comment intended to show Germany, instead of
asking Japan for Ki-46, should instead have asked Britain
for Mosquito, and USA for P-38...?

Of course your comment makes no sense.

The ONLY important question is: was the Ki-46 better than
the equivalent aircrafts used by LUFTWAFFE at the time?
If yes, the Germans were right.
If no, they were wrong (or possibly, they were just badly
informed by their allies about Ki-46 performance).
