Well Wiki for you. According to that the Brigade only went to North West
Europe in July 1945. My uncle was attached to them in North West Europe
fighting Germans. He said those he was with were mainly Czech and Polish
Jews - he also said they were small and stocky men and were pitted against
the SS and never took prisoners, and neither did the SS.
