Really? I'd consider that prima facie evidence of a cooked story.
Any interrogation of more than a very few people is going to
turn up significant discrepancies, because people in general are
not good witnesses. If there are no disparities, it is because
there was a story agreed on beforehand and rehearsed.
So, we have absolutely no reliable information about what happened.
