Any charged particle slowing down, either transverse as with wiggling
induced
synchrotron radiation, or longitudinal as you mention can only be
bremmstrahlung by definition. Simple semantics.

If you translate the word to english, it translates as "slowing down
radiation".

I was not talking about waves, but about localized photons as
hypothesized
by de Broglie, contrary to wave treatment, they involve 180 deg
dephasing,
which allows the self sustaining oscillation described by the equation
and
the self sustaining velocity due to half the photons's complement of
enegry.
