Subject: Gomory Cut = Chvatal-Gomory Cut?

I am currently reading Integer Programming By Wolsey. Chapter 8
describes Cutting Planes.

Are there any difference between a Gomory Cut and a Chvatal-Gomory Cut?

And is it just a matter of taste whether the term cut or inequality is used?
