Subject: Childish prattle of J. Optics A

C J R Sheppard, Editor, rejected my paper "Inevitability of the
electrodynamics' spin tensor" [1] because "it is too far outside the
standard view" though I show the existense of the spin tensor arises
from works of Loudon, Bishop, Nieminen, Heckenberg, Rubinsztein-
Dunlop, Simpson, Dholakia, Allen, Padgett, Parkin, Knoner, Garces-
Chavez, McGloin, Dultz, Schmitzer, O'Neil, and MacVicar. Referees of
JOPA do not comment my arguments at all. Instead they complain that I
included figures from those works in my paper. Oh! I included the
figures for referees only! Vainly! They can not perceive those works
all the same. And the authors of those works keep silence in spite of
my posts at sci.physics.electromag/
A referee complains also that standard Lagrange formalism "tends to be
heavily mathematical"
The referees suggest deleting the list of approx 30 editions, which
rejected my spin tensor without satisfactory reviewing. However, I
think people have the rights to know about quality of the scientific
community.
