microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support

I am trying to sopy images from my computer to a CD-R. I follow the
instructions as they appear on the screen using windows xp and then at the
end of the process I get a command saying 'Cannot complete the CD writing
izard. THere was an error in the writing process'.

I have tried this severaltimes using a new CD each time but again the same
message appears. I am not sure whether there is a problem with the settings
on my computer? I have read a lot of articles on the XP forum which seem
helpful but complicated. I am sure my problem is quite basic. I keep reading
about Live File System Format - and was thinking that perhaps my computer
does not have this option switched on?
