Subject: Unable to Install Streets & Trips 2008

I'm upgrading my old MS Streets and Trips 2002 to the new 2008 version. When
I attempt to run the install disc it does not run automatically. When I
attempt to manually initiate the install process using "Run", per disc
instructions, or use "Explorer" to activate the .exe file I get the
following error message:

E:\Setup_ST.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

I've temporarily disabled Norton anti-virus and other security functions,
and uninstalled Streets '02, and still error out.

What's up? Is there a compatibility issue with Streets '08 and XP-Pro? My PC
is fairly loaded, has lots of memory, and only about 1.5 years old and
running all
upgrades. Streets 2002 ran just fine.

Anyway, HELP! I can't install Streets '08; any advice or helpful suggestions
out there before I return it and reinstall Streets '02?

Thanks,
-Carlinhos...
