Subject: Re: system restore wont restore

hp boot optimizer was installed on computer when i got it, i noticed that
the computer was acting sluggish on boot discovered i had uninstalled it back
in sept when i was trying to uninstall hp customer enhancement experience
(something like that) i was able to reinstall the boot optimizer through hp
application recovery. because when i tried to do the system restore to the
day i removed it i got message it was unsuccessful. however i am still not
able to do any system restores that is the main problem.
