Since you mention "the POP connector" I'm presuming you use SBS - try
posting in microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs for the most help, as that
product suite does things its own way, and the POP connector isn't part of
Exchange.
Note that the POP connector method is not recommended - you would be much
better off hosting your own mail directly as per
http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF002.html.
