Hi,

In exchange system manager, find the storage group where the mailbox is
located, expand this, rightclick on mailboxes and select run cleanup agent.
After that you can purge the mailbox.

You can also just leave the mailbox alone - it will be removed after mailbox
retention period: You can tell how long this time is by looking on the
properties of the mailbox store.
