Hard to say. If it would have blocked the same mail that GFI did, then you
wouldn't notice any difference. My guess is that you'll see a reduction,
but obviously not as much as if you weren't already using anything else.
The only way to find out is to try it.
I've no idea what would happen if the server name changed, ot if it was
unavailable for some reason. I think you'd see something in the Event Logs,
but that would rely on you checking them regularly.
