Thanks Bharat for the information it is very helpful. Back in March the
company had all the employees run the Outlook calendar update tool, the
exchange calendar update rebasing tool was never run. If the patches for DST
were applied to the exchange server and clients and the Outlook calendar tool
was run on the clients then this sounds like i can avoid this issue
