AutoArchive doesn't use the Received date as its criterion tor moving an
item, it uses the Modified date, which you usually don't see. That is by
far the largest reason why autoarchive doesn't work as people expect. Try
adding the Modified date to the Inbox header line and compare it to your
archive settings.

You run a risk of corrupting your PST by keeping it on a network drive.
Network-hosted PSTs are not supported by Microsoft.
