Yes, this is because your machine had already downloaded the update. I
presume that once you had rebooted, the problem has gone away?
If not, just install the update again. It should be OK after that
You can verify that Windows Update won't bug you again, by going to the
Windows Update site and seeing that KB936181 is indeed gone.
If it's still there, i'm sorry. something else must be going on.
