Subject: POP Emails going missing

I am having a problem with using Excahnge and POP email.

We have multiple email addresses @btconnect.com and I have set up the POP
connector to download using the usernames and passwords, and set up the SMTP
connector to forward the email to smtp.btconnect.com.

It all works, emails come in and out. But occasionally emails go missing,
both in and out.....usually more likely if they have attachments, but not
exclusively.

Now I know they go missing, because I never receive them.

I have logging turned on, but this doesn't seem to shed much light. And I
have tried ringing BT, but unsurprisingly they don't want to help as they
don't support exchange.

There is obviously more settings I can relay to you, but if anyone can shed
some light, it would be most helpful.
