Subject: Monitoring received emails for "Total Size Received"

Exchange 2003:

I am working on getting a failover service so email that is sent to
our company will not be lost or returned. I want to get an average of
the total email received and what the total size is for a time
period.

Example: Over 6 hours we receive 12,000 emails. Total size of all the
emails was 100Mb.

This will help me is figuring out what recourses I need to have in
place when I have problems on my end.

Anyone know of an easy way?
