microsoft.public.windowsxp.perform_maintain

All of a sudden my Benq optical drive is missing from the Explorer "Send To"
list. I use that function to save items as a backup. I can use Start/Run/
and type in "sendto" and add the drive there. However, I don't get the
Explorer burning wizard that way.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling my drive through Device Manager,
but that doesn't work. I tried my backup hard drive, and the "Send To" list
works fine there.
Has anyone run into this problem, and is there a way to get my optical drive
back there? I also tried System Restore, but that didn't work. That's
another problem I'm looking into, to do with Norton it seems.
