That Obama would ever say that a federal Constitution without the 13th
amendment abolishing slavery everywhere in the Union was "incomplete"
is something against which no reasonable person could argue. However,
he does no limit his comments with regard to the incompleteness of the
Constitution but rather, and repeatedly, goes on into a leftist march
with "a more just, more equal, more free, more caring and more
prosperous America." There never was intended nor should there ever
be any provision in the Consitution or in federal law generally for
"more equal and caring", blah, blah America.
