There's no knowledge except in the form of an explicit statement?

So what do you call it when we group the red things as
and balls as ? That's classification but not in the form
of a statement, even remotely. That's not knowledge?

I can't see how you could say no, since you'd then be saying
that knowledge is literally the placing of [something] into
syntactical form, or something like that.
