Well, I the main thing is that he's younger than me. I think I'm
correct on that.

I can always depend on you to bring the group back to a semblance of
sanity. If it were not for you and Lyra, I'd probably leave this
group. Of course, cliches are part and parcel of our ability to
communicate. They are as American as apple pie, I'd say.

Yes, if we're not going to use standard cliches, then we might be
guessing at what was meant.

The main thing is the communication, from one to another, or from one
to a group. If we get the meaning, that's great. Cliches do convey a
meaning, simply, and relatively easy.
I suppose Peter Groves and Greg, think I should take a lot of time
composing messages to appeal to their artistic sense? I hardly have
time to post cliches, so time is a factor, also.
