They're under pressure of the threat of federal law, though.

A boycott of the defective electronic 'voting' systems may
be necessary to regain some representation in government.

federal law - specifically HAVA 2002 - to force
localities to buy the faulty electronic systems,
in fact.

They render the "Voting Rights Act" (note
the name) moot, since there's now no way
to observe the subversions.

If it's electronic, it's no election.
