Description: Opportunity in Philadelphia for a Programmer Analyst.



Responsibilities:

*Participate in the definition, design, development, and implementation of software solutions.

*Coordinate or perform all programming activities, including program design, coding, testing, evaluation, and debugging so that the project development or maintenance work is completed within specifications.

*Coordinate technical reviews and testing of systems design and programming in order to ensure that software solution meets user requirements and operates efficiently.

*Assist junior team members in all areas related to programming by providing technical support, ensuring the development and programming standards are adhered to, and suggesting alternative methods and techniques to accomplish assigned programming tasks.



Qualifications:

*4-6+ years experience designing, constructing, implementing, and supporting Internet, Intranet, and ERP applications.

*Demonstrated ability to translate client needs into technical requirements, consider alternatives and recommend appropriate solutions.

*Experience with standards and protocols such as EDI, XML and SOAP, translation systems, relational databases such as MS SQL Server.
