Description: Thomas-Matthew Associates, based out of Newtown, PA is a full service recruiting firm that specializes in providing individual attention to our clients and candidates.



Minimum 5-7 years experience with healthcare insurance/administration applications, including eligibility, enrollment, claims, provider, etc. Responsible for programming solutions, unit testing work, supporting QA activities and documentation. Activities may include client/server application and/or systems integration/EDI modifications/development. Technical expertise and demonstrated experience in Visual Basis 6, Sybase 12.5 or Microsoft SQL, IBM Datastage 4.2, and .Net. Strong communications, problem solving, work breakdown and analysis and documentation skills. Ability to learn and assimilate to new environment quickly is required. Experience with FACETS or other enterprise healthcare applications is a strong plus. Familiarity with HIPAA transactions is a plus.



Position Requirements:

Experience in some sort of insurance business (healthcare preferred) is key. They need to understand the business concepts around members, claims, and providers. If the candidates are very skilled in all other areas and we can independently pick up the healthcare insurance business quickly than that is acceptable as well.
