Description: Java Developer



Leading insurance provider specializing in the financial industry seeks senior level Java Developers for an immediate opening in their Philadelphia headquarters. These are full time opportunities that can either be contract or permanent.

The Java Developer will be doing full software development lifecycle programming on complex, multi-tier applications. Only senior level candidates will be considered.

Requirements



Successful candidates will have the following skills:



- Experience with Java 1.4, 1.5

- J2EE skills (using WebLogic platform 8.1 preferred)

- Experience with SOAP

- Strong knowledge of XML, XML Schemas and XQuery

- Knowledge of Apache Ant

- Eclipse RCP experience

- Experience with JSP

- JUnit experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Detail oriented
