Description: Scope of Role

o Perform support for field users with Essbase issues



o Extract, transform and load data into both OLAP and relational databases

o Verify data loaded into OLAP and relational databases

o Learn advanced OLAP, relational and ETL skills

o Document completed project deliverables



· Communicate progress on project deliverables regularly to the Team Lead







Skills and Educational Requirements

· Education

o Post secondary education in Computer Science, Accounting or Business discipline or equivalent experience, BA or BS beneficial.

· Experience

o Minimum of 1 year of exposure to an IT development environment

o Previous IT project experience

o Previous experience working with financial budgeting, planning, reporting or consolidation systems

o Knowledge and experience in building relational databases; including the ability to populate and extract data and create stored procedures

o Ability to create complex formulas, macros and sophisticated formatting in Microsoft Excel

o Ability to effectively write correspondence, verbally communicate, and actively listen

o Comfortable in presenting ideas in group sessions

o Strong problem solving ability
