Description: Company: A large prestigious national customer service provider



Primary Role: Senior Support Specialist will be responsible for support & development of the asset management solutions, asset management tools, desktop license management & management of centralized software repositories



Daily Accountabilities: manage & support IT related physical & software asset management tools. Maintain software licensing agreements & maintenance contracts.



Will provide level 3 support to IT organization & business community on desktop related issues.



Maintain & support company hardware & software inventory & metering tools such as SATS, SMS, MOM, & Survey



Manage Active Directory technologies specific to the administration of users, computers, & software. This includes users, groups, workstations, organizational units, scripts, group policy objects, & distributed file systems.



Education: BS in Computer Science equivalent or work experience



Technical Skills: 5 years experience in technical support field

Strong qualitative & analytical skills

Microsoft Active Directory Support

Microsoft Domain Administration

Systems Management Server (SMS)

Window Server Update Services (WSUS)

Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM)

SQL 2000/2005 – will create & script SQL queries & reports

Create images, not just installing pre-created ones

Microsoft Visio, Project, Excel is a plus

Strong knowledge of Microsoft family of products & productivity tools



Fully knowledgeable about the underlining hardware technologies, operating systems software, & related software used to support company’s business applications.



Location: near Cherry Hill, NJ or Hershey, PA or St. Louis, MO



Salary: to $65K + 10% bonus + excellent benefits
