Description: A regional airline is looking for an Operations Manager for their Des Moines, Iowa location. Will provide leadership, planning and management of the maintenance performed on company-operated aircraft as assigned base through oversight of supervisors and under direction of Maintenance General Manager Candidates must have Airframe and Powerplant license. Must have 3-5 years of experience in technical aircraft maintenance, with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning. A minimum of 3 years of experience managing people is also required. Must have a broad aircraft maintenance knowledge to include knowledge of maintenance manuals, policies and procedures, as well as general business knowledge.
