Description: Web Front End Developer



Requires HTML, CSS, JavaScript experience – need very strong CSS skill set!



Description:

Utilization of various web design/development tools including but not limited to Adobe DreamWeaver, Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator to create a accessible and user-friendly interfaces.



Implement knowledge of HTML, ASP.NET, CSS standards and Action Script to create a unique user experience with a logical flow



Ensure website is optimized for search engines (SEO)



Work with product marketers, writers and other content owners to establish a logical hierarchy to the corporate website.

Work with other designers to create compelling visual themes for campaign websites



Traffic design projects from initial concept to implementation.



Special creative projects as assigned.

Qualifications:



• At least 3-5 years as a web designer/developer in a corporate environment

• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash

• Expert ability hand-coding and with HTML code editors such as Dreamweaver or Visual Studio

• Ability to write clean, valid semantic HTML and CSS

• Understanding and ability to edit and modify ASP and .NET pages

• Ability to generate clean JavaScript and Action Script

• Understanding of cross-browser, cross platform coding standards

• Knowledge of advertising and promotional terminologies and procedures

• Demonstrated capability to take a wide array of products, services and messaging and integrate it with a clean and easy to navigate web interface.

• Strong conceptual skills and the ability to produce those concepts, including thorough understanding of how typography, layout, color, images and interactivity impact design.

• Strong process and systemic thinking capability.

• Knowledge of web tracking tools, and search engine optimization techniques

• Candidate should have experience working on multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.

• Must be able to work under pressure under defined, often tight deadlines.

• Ability to integrate existing branding and corporate resources into new projects.

• The ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel.

• Must have a desire to learn and a passion for understanding technology

• Basic understanding of computer and network technology.

• Good presentation skills required. Poised and experienced in presenting to managers for review.

• Outstanding work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented, innovative style.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Web Marketing, Computer Science or related.

• This position requires a candidate who is extremely organized and highly creative. The incumbent will be driven to excel, have excellent communication skills, have demonstrated an independent, "self-motivated" attitude, and common sense. They will be able to balance creativity with accuracy while juggling multiple projects.
