The system is comprised of an MFC/C++ GUI and various server side components written in C++ and Java. The GUI is used by 200+ sales traders across the US to enter and manage orders for US shares and listed options. We process approximately 6,000 orders per day of which 90% are submitted electronically by clients using the Fix protocol.



Job description:



Design, develop, and support features in the G2 order management app. Developer will write mainly GUI code. Occasionally, the developer will make changes to existing server code. Projects will vary across order entry, booking and allocation enhancements, and any other order management-related projects demanded by the users throughout the year.



Candidate Requirements:



• 5+ years of development experience

• Finincial industry experience

• MFC/C++ GUI development experience

• Relational database experience preferrably Sybase

• C++ server development experience in a Unix environment a plus

• MS COM/ATL development experience a plus

• C## development experience a plus

• Java server development experience a plus

• Perl or shell scripting experience a plus NZ-22445
