Requirements

* Min 1 – 5 yrs experience * Hands-on experience working with Microsoft technologies, especially MS Office/VBA (Excel, Access), VB.Net and/or C# * Business Analysis * Software Engineering * Exposure to a front office and/or middle office trading environment (trading analytics, P&L reporting, risk reporting) * Exposure to traded products (Fixed Income, Derivatives, Equity, Foreign Exchange, Commodities) * Expertise in the following technology areas: VBA, C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, SQL, and XML * The following experience is a plus: database skills (SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, MySQL), ASP.Net, XML * Prior consulting experience helpful but not required. Ability/desire to interact with all levels of personnel from technical to management. * Ability to work independently and as a team player with minimal supervision and effectively meet project deliverables on time. * Travel: This is aNew York Citybased position with focus primarily on servicing financial institutions.
