Responsibilities: Utilize the firms strategic architecture (J2EE development technologies with Oracle Databases) to develop systems according to business requirements, making use of source code control and change management tools. Document development efforts according to established standards. Participate in meetings with end users, to assist in the translation of business needs into system requirements. Perform unit testing of developed code in accordance with established standards

Qualifications: 2 plus years Java Servlet/JSP/JDBC programming experience. 2 plus years of experience in Relational Database Development (at least 1 year Oracle, including PL/SQL, triggers, constraints, and packages). Experience in Financial Services or Insurance industries is highly desirable. Ability to communicate effectively with IT and non-IT personnel, both verbally and in writing. Excellent interpersonal skills.
