Description DEVELOPMENT: The candidate will develop solutions for business requirements and provide superior quality to our Commercial Card Clients. The candidate will develop file interfaces for GSA and DoD external clients. The candidate will be part of a very visible initiative to provide a solution to the world’s largest Commercial Credit Card program. The candidate will develop exceptional communication skills across both technology and the business and will have a high degree of visibility. OVERVIEW: The Senior Programmer Analyst will develop, and unit test solutions to external client file delivery requirements and provide a high degree of client satisfaction. This role will provide high quality development using reusable code to optimize the application portfolio. The appropriate candidate will continuously improve client service and seek strategic solutions and enhancements to business requirements. The candidate will support a new a newly insourced data warehouse and improve the time it takes to onboard clients. initative. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop high quality solutions to meet business requirements using Ab Initio Create Reusable components and graphs to improve client onboarding timeline Rationalize Development Efforts to optimize efficiencies Continuously improve client service Unit test solutions Provide high quality code Escalate issues as appropriate Deliver solutions in accordance with defined release targets. Participate in performance optimization and continuous improvement efforts Participate in evaluating improvements and strategic technology solutions EXPECTED OUTCOMES * Successful delivery of DoD custom interfaces on time * Improved performance through optimization * Implementation of reusable graphs and code to improve client onboarding timeframe * Improved efficiency in the operation of the GDR, CCAS and CCRS applications * Enhanced client satisfaction * Identification of Process enhancements for continuous improvement * Identification of tuning activities for continuous improvement KEY CHALLENGES This project is mandated to achieve contractual deadlines. The candidate must be extremely results oriented.
