Description: Job Description:

This position will lead the design, development and implementation of customer facing web applications. Will also participate in new product and feature development working with other development teams. Will develop and maintain tier-1 applications with a robust and scalable web architecture.



Act as a senior .NET Developer

Lead the front-end design, development, implementation and support of software applications to support

business initiatives for external customers

Interact with business owners to clarify business requirements for enhancements and new projects

Define technical solutions, scope of work and estimates

Technical coordination, from design through implementation, with business owners, QA and other development

teams.

Prepare and maintain all related project front-end technical documentations





Experience Level:

5+ Years





Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of Information Technology experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience with .NET, including at least 1 year using .Net Framework 2.0.

Hands-on development experience with .NET,C#, XML, XSL

Experience with Web Applications

The following skills are a plus:

Windows Workflow Foundation

Windows Communication Foundation

Web Services

Object Relational Mapping tools such as NHibernate, LINQ to SQL

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Prior experience architecting mid to large scale web applications from requirements through implementation

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.



Hands on experience with Content Management Systems (Sitecore, Interwoven)

Experience with Agile or Extreme programming techniques

Experience with graphics production

Understanding of database systems and SQL

Adobe Flash development using ActionScript
