Description: This position will lead the design, development and implementation of customer facing web applications. Will also participate in new product and feature development working with other development teams. Will develop and maintain tier-1 applications with a robust and scalable web architecture for an ever expanding customer base (mid to large).



Responsibilities:



- Act as a .NET Architect/Developer

- Lead the front-end design, development, implementation and support of software applications to support business initiatives for external customers

- Define technical solutions, scope of work and estimates

- Technical coordination, from design through implementation, with business owners, QA and other development teams.

- Prepare and maintain all related project front-end technical documentations



Requirements:



- A minimum of 8 years of Information Technology experience.



- A minimum of 5 years of experience with .NET, including at least 1 year using DotNetFramework 2.0.



- Hands-on development experience with .NET, VB.NET and or C#, XML, XSL



- Basic development experience with SQL queries

- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Experience as a primary front-end architect on successful midsize to large web application development projects from requirements through implementation

- Web Services and Java are a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
