Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.







Design technology solutions







Design most modules and routines with limited supervision.

Design small sized applications with limited supervision.

Contribute to the design modules within applications.

Implement data and process models.

Implement technology components.

Work with Sr. Developers and leads to determine how the system will be used.

Develop prototypes by specifying use of packages; incorporation of sharable components; interfaces with other systems; changes to legacy systems; and new development components.

Effectively write specifications and status reports.





Prepare and test system releases.







Write code in their core product(s) with little supervision.

Install, set up, and configure databases, programs, and other components with limited supervision.

Create interfaces to other systems, including changes to legacy systems.

Acquire and assemble components.

Prepare and test system releases.

Develop documentation.

Test release and conduct acceptance reviews with customer.





Plan delivery of technology solutions.







Implement test and deployment plans.

Refine project work estimates based on test results.

Establish delivery environment, including review of business needs and customer expectations.

Participate in rollout and fix introduction problems.





Monitor impact of system releases.







Measure impacts of new system against requirements.

Implement countermeasures for surprises and negative results.

Identify potential improvements and plan next release.

Work with customers to ensure satisfaction with new system.

Proficient in FOUR or more of the following core technologies:
