Job Description: System Engineers & C++ Programmers Seeking qualified system & software engineers for ongoing projects supporting Philadelphia region DoD & HLS programs

Model based architecturewith strong C&D and C&C Track Mgmt knowledge (OATM), with UML, OO design, Data fusion/correlation, Weapons Control System Doctrine/situation awareness experience. Large Scale real-time systems integrationskills Requirements Analysis & Development as System Architect for C4I / C2 / C2I. Human Centered SystemsHCI/HIS Engineers for process oriented, requirements definition backgrounds. Also want software engineers w/Rapid prototyping experience. Integration & Testfor Windows/Solaris/UNIX, data reduction tools & recording, NTP, Access Control Switch, Network Routers/Switches & TCP/IP protocol. Reliability/Maintainability/Availability (RMA) EngineeringUnderstands principles of performance evaluation & prediction to improve product/systems safety, reliability & maintainability. Includes design review and control; prediction, estimation, and apportionment methodology; failure mode effects and analysis; the planning, operation and analysis of reliability testing and field failures, including mathematical modeling; understanding human factors in reliability; and the ability to develop and administer reliability information systems for failure analysis, design and performance improvement and reliability program management over the entire product life cycle.

Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance required, current DoD Secret or Top Secret security clearance highly desired. Experience in Navy Aegis, BMD, C&C, and/or Coast Guard Deepwater program preferred.
