We have and exciting opportunity for those energetic people in human service Who enjoy working in a “Team”

environment with your co-workers and continue to provide quality care to the consumers you serve. This program provides intensive outreach to adult mental health consumers in their

home setting and works in a two county area in Southern New Jersey.



Mental Health Advocate:

-Assists consumers to remain stable

in the community

-With linkage to needed services



Vocational Specialist:

-Works with mental health consumers in

obtaining employment



Advanced Practice Nurse:

-Assists with medication needs of consumers served by the Team
