Position Description: Developer contributes to the success of our group and company by possessing in-depth knowledge of our Java/XML development environment and uses his/her expertise to support our growing internet technology development group. Were looking for professionals with demonstrated success in developing web sites and applications within a multi-tier environment (Oracle Fusion Middleware, IBM Web Sphere App Server, Oracle Database Server, Tridion Content Management System, Verity Search, Web Metrics). As part of a team of developers reporting to the Development Manager, the candidate will invest about 50% of his/her time on project-focused development, and 50% on software maintenance. He/she must be available for on call duty as required.

This is not a position for an unorganized programmer -- youll need to probe into customers development requests as well as document the history of changes.
