Job ID: 8038;8037 Description: Pershing/BNY are launching an exciting new corporate entity, iNautix USA, which will provide IT outsourcing as well as technology related products and services to financial institutions. The new organization will be free of many regulatory tethers typically associated with the internal IT department of a registered broker dealer or bank. It will leverage the current offshore development assets of iNautixIndiaand extend this to include business process outsourcing.

The successful candidate will be a key contributor in the development of iNautixUSAs first financial product, as well as participate in establishment of the new product development framework. He or she may be given the opportunity to move into la leadership role with the steady state product or to be an ongoing member of the • New Product Factory? team which will go on to build and mentor subsequent new product teams.

Candidates must be self motivated entrepreneurs who are comfortable working though vagueness, with disruptive technology, and breaking new ground. Team members will bring experience and specialized competencies, but must be willing to pitch in and adept at working with others to ensure the success of the common goal. Overbearing egos and 9-5• ers need not apply. Prior experience with financial advisor workstations, portfolio planning software, performance reporting, and RUP/Iconix/UML is highly preferred.

Product Senior Developer The position is responsible for providing software design, development and production support for the Pershing application framework and applications built using the framework.

Job responsibilities include: . Performing senior-level Java design and coding activities . Providing project technical lead and project management functions . Contributing new reusable component designs and implementations for use throughout Pershing . Providing solution and mentoring support to application development teams . Providing test and production support for the framework on a periodic basis . Participating in development lifecycle processes, including requirements management, release management, and testing . 5-10+ years demonstrated experience developing enterprise applications in Java . Excellent analysis and design skills, including familiarity with Unified Process and UML . Broad experience with a variety of platforms, programming tools, and languages, including UNIX and UNIX-based development tools and languages . Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to develop elegant solutions to hard problems . Ability to work with group manager and other team members to accomplish team goals . Ability to develop specification documents and effectively communicate with and lead offshore development teams . Good communication skills, spoken and written . Willingness to be available for evening or weekend support when needed . Computer science degree a plus . Mainframe, MQ Series experience a plus
