Description: Specialist - Systems Analysis & Programming Description: Manage technical projects for the Real Estate organization; develop Management Information Reports using Crystal Reports; design, develop, and implement web-based application using C# .NET, AJAX, Oracle, and SQL Server; work with end users to determine functional requirements and high level approaches; document functional requirements; analyze existing processes and prepare analysis and recommendation reports; participate in joint application development; interface with IT and end users to ensure projects are on schedule; coordinate and test user acceptance testing including preparing and reporting daily status; work with test teams to resolve requirement issues during test phases; track and monitor cross IT status and issue resolution; prepare training documentation and release notes; conduct user training. Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Engineering and three years experience managing technical projects in the telecom industry, developing Management Information Reports using Crystal Reports, and designing, developing, and implementing web-based applications using C#.NET, AJAX, Oracle, and SQL Server.
