DESCRIPTION:

The candidate must have portal implementation and support experience.

Handles portal maintenance and support; works portal customer issues and enhancements for North America, may also work on any portal global issues and/or projects.



Core Responsibilities:

„X Supports existing SAP Portal customers.

„X Works on helps desk cases.

„X Communicates & works with the Portal customer/key user.

„X Participates on global and/or local Portal projects and/or enhancements.



Skills & Knowledge:

„X Strong integration knowledge between CRM PCUI iViews and Portal.

„X Able to configure PCUI iViews, worksets and roles in Portal, the mapping of CRM security roles with Portal roles in CRM and all other necessary setting to integrate PCUI to Portal.

„X Good knowledge of Java and ABAP related to CRM

„X Experience in J2EE technology (EJB, JSP, Servlets, JMS, JDBC)

„X Knowledge of Java frameworks

„X Understanding of object-oriented analysis and design techniques

„X Knowledge of Web services, XML and SOAP

„X Knowledge of RFCs or BAPIs

„X SAP Enterprise Portal

„X SAP Web dynpro for Java

„X SAP Java / OO Development experience

„X SAP Netweaver Development Studio

„X SAP Netweaver

„X SAP ESS / MSS development

„X SAP Exchange Infrastructure experience

„X SAP Java Connector (JCo)

„X Minimum of 3 years SAP Portal experience.
