Description Key Role: Provide functional and analytical support to a government client in data collection, data analysis, and the development of standardized and evolving metrics. Perform assessments of existing metrics and develop and present a concept and plan of action and milestones for the development or modification of existing metrics. Conduct high-level review of data collection systems, their associated databases, and data elements to determine if these systems meet collection requirements. Identify variances, provide explanations, and recommend corrective actions based on performance data in concert with government clients. Identify additional metrics to measure productivity improvements and gains in enterprise maturity. This position is located in Lexington Park, MD.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -3+ years of experience with developing metric templates and Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
