Description Main responsibilities include: Key member of the IT services delivery team providing full-time on-site support to the customer. Will act as the lead software consultant for the program and will provide consultant services for the customer’s software development activities. Will work closely with the customer to assess their business and technical requirements, then designing, planning, customizing and configuring systems, software and environments and integrated solutions that deliver total satisfaction. Engages in technical problem solving across multiple technologies; often needs to develop new methods to apply to the situation. May deal with complex problems caused by remote locations and competitive scenarios. Travel is estimated to not exceed 20%. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

. Develops customer technology solutions using various industry products and technologies. . Coordinates Implementation of new installations, designs, and migrations for technology solutions in one of the following work domains: networks, applications or platforms. . Collects and determines data from appropriate sources to assist in determining customer needs and requirements. . Responds to requests for technical information from customers.

In addition, specific customer support provided will include: . Work directly with the customer .Net developers . Provide consultant support to the C# and C++ developers . Provide consultant support for COTS modeling and development products . Provide consultant support for SQL Database development activities . Provide software development recommendations . Obtain resolution of technical barriers

Qualifications . TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph . Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field . At least one Microsoft software development certification . 3 years successful track record of software consulting . 7 years experience of successful software development activities . Excellent knowledge of at least three of the four following technical areas: o Net o C# and C++ o COTS modeling o SQL Database . Client relationship skills . Excellent communication skills -- ability to effectively communicate with customers . Conceptual skills -- able to perform in-depth systems analysis, recognizes problems, opportunities or underlying patterns and relationships. . Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into priorities and action plans. . Team player -- ability and willingness to motivate and mentor other consultants . Ability to act as a change agent . Independenceand ownership -- work with a minimum of direct supervision or guidance . Takes ownership for actions, seeks feedback and takes direction . Fluent English language skills

Optional Skills: . Masters Degree in Computer Science related field . Advanced software development certifications
