Description: Northrop Grumman Information Technology TASC, Joint Information Operations Division is seeking individuals with strong Information Operations (IO) experience in intelligence and IO planning and analysis. The candidate should possess a diverse background well suited for effects based planning, integrative analysis, and assessment. This background should encompass IO activities supporting COCOMs, Services, and Agencies (C/S/As). Coupling operational experience with a technical background (network analysis, system design, technology integration, information sharing, software development, and database design) will enable the candidate to assist USJFCOM accomplish activities supporting the IO Joint Management Office. Specifically, the candidate will provide integrative analysis expertise to support development of methodologies and assist in execution within the areas of JIPOE, Target Development, Task Synchronization, and support to the Virtual Integrated Support for the Information Operations Environment (VisIOn). Essential Functions: – Work as an integral part, of a highly skilled contractor team that supports all major resource decisions vital to successfully implementing customer requirements. – Conduct research and analysis in determining and defining the breadth and scope of requirements and in the development of actionable plans to satisfy the requirements. – Conduct research and analysis required to ensure solutions satisfy requirements and are linked and referenced to customer policy and doctrine as required. – Support the drafting, editing and publication of the project management plans and other required documentation as required by the customer. – Support the development of staff decision packages supporting the capability development process, including assessment of relevant policy, doctrine and technical requirements and assisting in staffing as required. – Provide technical and planning assistance as required to facilitate preparation of briefi Some relocation assistance may be available.
