The BearingPoint Public Services Team is currently searching for a Business Objects Developer. Location/s: Bethesda, MD Relocation: No Performance Profile: As a Business Object Developer, your role will be to help successfully implement and roll-out BO solutions for our clients and may include the following responsibilities: 1. Review functional requirements and specification documents; interview end users to refine requirements 2. Research source data locations to validate requirements 3. Perform the task designing, developing, and managing reporting/BI solutions to meet business needs

Position-specific Requirements: ? 1+ Years of of BusinessObjects (including Web-Intelligence) full life-cycle development experience ? 6+ Months of BusinessObjects XI experience ? 3+ Years experience of reporting design and development in large data warehouse environment ? 5+ Years experience with SQL on large relational databases ? 1+ Years working with Star Schema designs ? 6+ Months experience administrating Business Objects XI including configuring security via CMC ? Bachelor Degree is Required. ? Due to the nature of the project, US Citizenship is Required. ? Must be willing and have the ability to obtain a CBP security clearance Position-specific Desired Skills: ? Experience in implementing and deploying Crystal Reports Series 11 reporting solutions ? Experience with developing complex SQL query ? Experience with data modeling, including multi-dimensional modeling ? Ability to lead projects and conform to development best practices ? Exposure to web infrastructure technologies (Portals, firewalls, DMZs, networking, etc.)
