Description: This client is activity seeking a PLM (polarized light microscope) Analyst to use polarized light microscopes to analyze asbestos samples. Candidates that have any amount of PLM (polarized light microscope) experience are encouraged to apply. Our client is a full-service environmental testing laboratory specializing in Asbestos and Metals Analyses. They are continually expanding their operations to meet the increasing environmental needs of the business community, and are committed to meeting those needs with the highest level of service and support. Responsibilities of this position include: -Operation of PLM (polarized light microscope) -Asbestos testing and data analysis -Use of EPA standards -Follow established SOPs Qualified candidates will offer: -PLM experience (polarized light microscope) -Petrography experience -Asbestos testing experience *The most qualified candidates will offer a McCrane Certification (MICA). Candidates who offer experience with PLM (polarized light microscope) and are interested in working with a company that is offering long-term opportunities are encourage to apply.
