Description - Performs development functions on the SymphonyDevelopment team - Analyze Use Cases to gain an understanding of the business requirements of the system - Prepare system design margin-BOTTOM: 0px"- Code and unit test using Java in the RAD (Rational Application Development) environment - Support verification and end-user testing - Provide support as Sawgrass is implemented in the production environment

Specifications / Qualifications - Strong communication skills with the ability to lead others - Strong analysis and design skills - Prefer individuals with a minimum of 3 years IT experience - Experience with Java/J2EE development - Experience developing to Oracle database - Experience with incremental software development lifecycles, such as Rational Unified Process (RUP) - Prior knowledge of UML, Rational product suite and Chordiant platform is a big plus
