Job Description: * Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java services for a complex web services system. * Perform development in a multi-contractor, multi-location environment.

Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years experience. * Position requires a current TS/SCI with CI or full-scope poly.

Experience: * At least 4-5 years spent developing complex Java systems for the government or industry. * Experience with the development and deployment of Java web services. * Current SOA understanding a plus. * Good interpersonal and communication skills a plus. * Software experience utilizing Rational ClearCase a plus. * System discrepancy reporting experience using ClearQuest a plus. * UNIX development experience a plus. * Understanding of disciplined software development process (CMMi). * At least 2-3 years of Java development experience. * At least 1-2 years of experience with web services. * At least 1-2 years of experience developing complex systems utilizing a significant amount of COTS.
